Soleil Royal was a French 104-gun flagship of Admiral Tourville which was built in Brest between 1668 and 1670 by Laurent Hubac and launched in 1669. However, it was unused for years before its recommissioning with 112 guns and 1200 men. She was the most beautiful by her decorations and good sailing ships ever at the time.
